Today, we made rockets! We discussed the best shape for a rocket and compared the shapes of aeroplanes, birds and dolphins. We discovered that the best shape was a thin tube with a cone at the top and wings at the side. This shape was aerodynamic which meant it could move through air or water quickly. We used a reaction between vinegar and bicarbonate of soda to make our rockets blast off.
